Explore the World Beyond

If you are living in Chicago and you have not visited the Adler Planetarium in the last year, you need to know this.

“Countless galaxies, unfathomable distances, exploding stars, diamond planets, black holes, there’s no way around it, space is awesome!”

Check out the solar system. What do you know or not know about the other planets around the earth? All these, you can explore at Adler Planetarium. So, it really is a great way to spend the day. The best part is, if you visit the museum on June 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, and 15, you can be an astronaut or simply an explorer for a day, FREE! Just make sure to bring an ID to prove that you live in Illinois.

So, make the most out of what is FREE in Chicago and start exploring the moon and the stars!

A Nice Thought

You gotta love a thoughtful “restaurant.”

Today, mother’s are getting a treat everywhere and to everything from a spa, mani/pedi and meals, of course.

A nice thought of Lou Malnati’s is to give free dessert per mother per table. Not just any dessert! It’s a chocolate chip pizza. The dessert is baked chocolate chip cookie topped with 2 scoops of ice cream, then whipped cream and finally a piece of cherry. Wow!

Now, you know where to go on special occasions. Lou Malnati’s has a number of desserts that you will enjoy, like Tiramisu and Italian Ice.
