The Forest Preserves of Cook County features Hiking 101. This is a workshop to teach basic day-hiking skills, proper hiking planning techniques, hiking etiquette, map reading and compass reading
No registration is required. Not suitable for ages 9 yrs and younger. Participants 10–14 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult.
